About Ngonidzashe
He is a marketing professional with a passion for real estate marketing, working his way to becoming a Fortune 500 marketing professional helping some of the worlds leading brands to develop winning marketing campaigns and strategies. He is also the founder of Febbie & Sons, a Zimbabwean based social media agency providing services such as graphic designing, lead generation and social media management.

What inspired you to pursue to venture into marketing and entrepreneurship?
Growing up as a little boy in the dusty streets of Ruwa, life has never been so easy for our family. Imagine waking up so early every day in the morning to go to the field just before school, and selling vegetables around the neighbourhood every day just after school. This alone taught me to be so enterprising and to be good at selling. Hence when I so had the opportunity to go to college I knew l was going to pursue a career in marketing and build a Fortune 500 marketing enterprise.

Every journey has its share of challenges; what were yours? And did you ever feel like giving up?
Every superstar starts out the same, suffering abuse at the hands of non-believers. Imagine you have a dream, making that dream come true you need help and a lot of it. No independent person grew up independent. But how can you get help if people cannot believe in your dream? Well, I never felt like giving up. It took me a great deal of patience, perseverance and persistence.

Any notable milestones or achievements you would like to share?
It takes qualifications to be a great professional and I’m glad I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing management. We’re in an information age where companies large and small really do have to build their online communities and I’m so grateful that I have managed to build a community of over 5000 followers on my Facebook page for my business.

What is the big picture i.e., where to from here?
I believe in the future, Febbie & Sons is going to be, “Africa’s Real Estate Metaverse.” Where people from around Africa will get entertained by interacting and sharing meaningful real estate related information.

What word of advice would you like to give to others reading your story?
Think big and roll out really big. Find out what you enjoy doing and use it to help solve other people’s problems. The world is full of problems, solve one and be different.

One/two interesting facts about you
My best friend, an aspiring politician, always be telling me that I’m something he is not. He says that I’m an organized person, able to brainstorm and network.
